So far I have only needed to claim yearly physicals. The claim payments dropped into my account in just a few days after I submitted photos of my vet bills.

Every claim I submit is considered pre existing just so it doesn't have to get paid. I'm in the process of searching for new pet insurance that actually pays for my pets medical needs.

Hi there, we understand the frustration when claims are denied. We do our best to be transparent regarding our Pre- existing conditions policy. Much like other providers, our plans don’t cover conditions showing signs before your coverage starts, as documented by your vet. When I filed a claim they paid as I expected based on the states benefits. I didn’t have to jump through hoops of battling whether anything was a preexisting condition. While I pay more monthly than I wish, I got the coverage I expected.

The lady that signed me up was extremely nice. I just tried to submit a claim. The website is not working. I tried the ap, it was also not working. I called customer service. They said it would be 4-6 weeks for reimbursement.
