Best pet insurance I have ever had
Best pet insurance I have ever had! Very easy to use the App when you have claims to do. They are very fast in completing and making the reimbursements.

The pet insurance scam!
Did not cover yearly routine exam and shots. My vet is very responsible on all their billing. But Spot only covered about 25% of expenses. Pet insurance needs to be regulated like human insurance. Pay for preexisting issues, birth defects etc.. Have copays not pay then reimbursement.

Phone call with CSR did not resolve problem
I have only had good experiences with Spot until this incident. Confusion for Spot was when i went directly to a specialist. CSR person on the phone did not understand and just kept repeating the same question to me. Once I spoke to a supervisor, the claim was understood and the supervisor was wonderful on follow through.
