This is my second claim for my 1yo puppy (xray for possible ingestion of toy parts; and to remove 2 deciduous baby teeth). Both claims were responded to and processed quickly. For my previous dog I used Trupanion, but the prices have become ridiculously high. I researched SPOT and was very impressed with the reviews and the monthly rates. I absolutely made the right decision!

I decided to make the switch to Spot pet insurance after my prior pet insurance didn't pay a dime back after 5 years. Spot has already reimbursed more in one year for our fur babies. The preventative costs that are covered was really the high point. Spot has been easy to work with and we have been happy thus far.

Easy application process for claims and quick reviews. Once claims process was completed, direct reimbursement to my checking account was quick and convenient. My only other comment would be that the reimbursed amount would have been more. Not sure how vet charges differ across the board to reflect final reimbursements.

I submitted my claim & it was handled quickly with no issues.

Customer Service is wonderful. They helped me set up everything for my two new babies. Refund is very quick no issues and very easy to do from my phone so far so good.
