Simple with no hassles
It was so simple! I just submitted my claims and two business days later the money was in my account! I am so impressed and grateful for this insurance.

Outstanding coverage. Great iOS app
Submitting a claim on the mobile app is easy and straightforward. Coverage is outstanding. On a recent claim of $253.50 we received $204. I would have given 5 stars if the reimbursement took only a few days instead of 10. Still that’s very reasonable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF ANY. RATE CHANGES WITHOUT CONSENT OR NOTIFICATION. TERRRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. IT'S A SCAM!!! WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET ANYTHING ANSWERED, WITH NO HELP.

If you’re debating, DONT!
Been with Spot Insurance for less than a year and I’ve been recommending all my friends to get their furries on Spot! Unfortunately, I’ve had to use my insurance for one of my pups, however Spot has made the claims process super easy and straight forward. I will continue to recommend Spot Insurance!
