I recently lost my dog, claim process
I recently lost my dog and I had to submit a claim for the medical expenses acquired and the claim processed seamlessly. The worst part was when I had to cancel her coverage but the customer rep was so supportive and it was super easy. I'm so grateful I had the coverage on her. Thank Spot!

My claims are processed in a timely…
My claims are processed in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with any claims. If I had any complaints it would be because I had to harass the vet’s office to send in documentation to process my claims.
