Im so thankful for this pet insurance
Im so thankful for this pet insurance. I've always heard bad things about insurances, but I have had such a great experience so far. They cover what they say they will cover consistently. Its a life saver with my cat who suddenly got diabetes. Navigating a diagnoses and treatment plan was stressful, and knowing that my pet insurance is helping me is so reassuring.

Easy to navigate app. Offers direct deposit. A+
Spot has been a great experience for us. I’ve been able to easily navigate the app and use email to easily send supporting documents. They processed my claim timely and offer direct deposit reimbursements.

Spots does not reimburse any medical…
Spots does not reimburse any medical expenses. I paid over $300 for an initial wellness check and fecal test for my 8 week old puppy and received $75 back. I even added the platinum coverage for the extra coverage with a 90% reimbursement and even that does not reimburse even half of what I have paid.
