Spot has helped me get through some difficult times. This is a new policy that I decided to get because I adopted a beautiful puppy, Jack. I had no idea that I would lose my 9-year old precious cat, Lola. She seemed perfectly healthy and suddenly her health declined and she passed away. Expensive but not beyond the norm for other private pet insurance companies. One claim denied due to effective date. Second claim paid as agreed and very speedy direct deposit. Net coverage about 50% and saved us several hundred dollars. Good customer service via email. If I could do it over I’d add the maintenance portion covering annual exams, vaccines, dental care and such, instead of just illness and injuries.

I cancelled the policy and they billed me rwo months and will not REUND me I can certainally recommend Lemonade pet Insurance cheaper better coverage service customer service excellent and you will be very happy I would never recommend SPOT over priced more than most insurance companies

I have 2 dogs that have been on this healthplan since they were 8 weeks old. One of my dogs was recently diagnosed with a heart condition. Spot Pet Insurance has been wonderful at paying the submitted claims. They even paid the medication prescribed and purchased from Chewy. I couldn't be happier.
