So easy during a super stressful time. My dog is a pure breed which means lots of unknowns. This year was the unknown year of injuries & surgeries & Spot was amazing. My only regret was not doing this before but honestly this is the first time we needed such big stuff in 6 years. Insurance is definitely a must and Spot made it all so easy and affordable and no stress. Submit bill & wait & then reimbursement. Thanks Spot!

The whole process was quick and easy. I filed my claim quickly and just had to submit my bill from the vet and it was done. They reviewed the claim and approved it within a few days . I couldn't have been happier. Thank you SPOT.
