It is really hard to get any payment from the insurance. If I could I would give 0 stars to this particular company. I deeply regret I chose Spot Pet Insurance for my cat and spent tons of money on monthly payment instead of paying out of the pocket in the emergency case.

I'm so glad I took the initiative and purchased insurance for my girl Bella. Just the cost for anesthesia for a large breed dog is crazy as I learned when my dog Dare needed her teeth cleaned. Bella tore a ligament and required a TPLO surgery which was just over $5000. Spot insurance paid $2500 which was a huge help! More than grateful!

I never got pet insurance for my first dog. And I learned, and it's important I chose this company from among many and I've had very positive experience. My puppy has had some issues and I put through two claims. And once I got through the initial process, I have been told they would be sending me a check. I'm very pleased and i'm happy to give them a five star recommendation
