I had Bivvy previously and think it is unfair that all my pet’s allergies that were covered under Bivvy are now considered preexisting conditions under Spot. In addition, for as much as I spend on Sage’s insurance, I feel that I should be fully reimbursed for all charges associated with his annual wellness exam.

Hi there, we understand the frustration when claims are denied. We do our best to be transparent regarding our Pre- existing conditions policy. Much like other providers, our plans don’t cover conditions showing signs before your coverage starts, as documented by your vet.
