My policy covers most preventive care which offsets some of the premium. It is easy to submit claims and check the status. Reimbursement is timely.

The wellness coverage makes this insurance worth the money. Being able to get reimbursed for a good amount of the wellness, vaccines, and labs makes the premium worth the cost. Obviously, vet costs can be very expensive if your pet needs surgery or expensive treatments which is why we carry the insurance, much like we have health insurance and car insurance - to help offset the costs of the unexpected.

Great insurance great coverage! when submitting a claim reimbursement does not take long maybe a week or two they've been very helpful with both of my two dogs

My cat had several sudden medical issues. I got reimbursed for the amount I spent minus the deductible and the portion they don’t cover. The turnaround was quick. It was my first time and I am a very satisfied customer. I’m glad I chose Spot.
