This was great! Loved using SPOT and will keep them for all my pets. My dog had surgery on his knee. They reimbursed it, and everything was easy. A company that does what they say!

They refuse to cover ANYTHING and will blatantly lie and gaslight you when you try to confront them about anything. They told me my cat had "never received a dental cleaning" even though it was CLEARLY in his claims records that he has one before. They just adamantly denied it and said "well you can try to appeal if you want". They are a SCAM.

After hours of researching and comparing various pet insurance options, I made the decision to go with Spot for our dogo argentino rescue puppy. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased pet insurance, and I’ve had dogs all my life. After a year, I can confidently say that Spot is absolutely worth the investment! Over the past year, we had to make multiple visits to the emergency vet, and it turned out that our sweet girl has severe food allergies.
