Spot is easy to work with and send in your claim after your pet visit. The refund usually says 3-7 days but you usually get it faster and very quick and easy refund. Spot is a bit pricy for 3 cats but it’s so worth it in emergencies it’s so much better than other pet insurances I’ve tried before

I had some preliminary issues with Spot as they mixed up my two cat's records but once we got it situated they have been quick to review claims and reimburse me. Rates have gone up and they don't warn you as they automatically increase without warning. But, overall they are good and I suspect that all pet insurance companies are the same.

I submitted a claim and I never heard anything back. Well, I realized that this first claim will probably just go toward my deductible. I was never informed either in writing or by email of its status.
