My border collie broke her leg in multiple places. Surgery was required. My bills totaled roughly $11,000, which could have hit us hard. However, with Spot Pet Insurance, the claims were easily submitted and processed in a timely manner. The customer service was outstanding as well. Thank you, Spot Pet!!!

Reimbursement is timely. No additional communication is done in order to delay payment, as a number of insurance companies tend to do.

Was paid promptly for claims and when I submitted a claim for my dogs euthanasia I gat a sympathy email and it also said they were canceling my insurance effective the date of his passing. I then got a call a few days latter from a lady just telling me how sorry she was and to reach out if I needed anything,
