spot pet insurance is a wonderful company to work with. They process claims in timely manner. only thing I would like them to do is let the vet submit the bills for me at the office. Even though they are simple to do on line.

The representative I talked to took the time to be sympathetic towards my dog being sick and walked me through the process on how to file a claim. She provided great customer service I wish I remembered her name.
