Pleasantly surprised with the claims…
Pleasantly surprised with the claims process and reasonable cost. Spot covered more than I thought they would. I was expecting a run around with each submitted claim, but it was pretty seamless. Now if my rates increase next year due to all the claims submitted, I may change my rating. So far, very happy with the service

Clear, quick, and reliable
The enrollment process clearly laid out all my options for plans I could choose from and explained all the details (premiums, deductibles, coverage, etc). When I needed to submit a claim, they quickly paid out the claim with the exact amount I expected according to the plan I chose. Everything went smoothly and quickly!
