I have been so thankful for this…
I have been so thankful for this insurance. The response time, clear communication and ease of use has been amazing. We have all 4 pets on it. And although times are tough, this insurance has helped us through so much. Thank you!

They are the absolute worst company to…
They are the absolute worst company to partner with for pet insurance. After calling customer service for almost a week and not being able to get in contact with anybody to help me so I can cancel my policy before the 30 days and of course nobody answered I finally was able to get in contact with somebody today to be told that I could not get a refund, but they will go ahead and cancel my policy or something that I had never used never again. Will I ever listen to somebody about using a pet insurance company like this again their customer service people are phony. They are liars and they need to learn how to answer the phone. What kind of business runs with nobody answering the phone?

Every Dog Needs Insurance
Spot has been the best decision I have made regarding my two darling dogs. We have coverage on so much including some preventive stuff. Most importantly, we just had to have surgery on one dog's knee and having the coverage was a HUGE help.
