Every time I’ve needed anything from the spot team they’ve been amazing, and patient. Never had insurance for my fur baby before and I can’t be more thankful for choosing Spot. Will forever use them, and will forever tell people to use them. Claims are easy and they aren’t an arm and a leg to do. Thank you Spot!!!! <3

The claims process was straight forward…
The claims process was straight forward and although I wish I didn’t have to use it I was glad I had insurance. I should have gone with a company that had a higher max pay out since my bills were twice what I was eligible for, but I knew what I was purchasing. They did everything right

We have had Spot for over three years…
We have had Spot for over three years in our four pets. Never had to submit a claim over our deductible until my wife shut the door on the cats tail and cut off a piece of her tail. Had to take her to the vet hospital where they amputated part of the tail. I submitted the claim to Spot as it was over $1000. Spot honored the claim quickly and sent the check for the 70 percent less the deductible. It was easy to submit the claim. We are very pleased with Spot Insurance. A+.
