This is the first time I've used pet insurance for any of my fur babies and I am pleased with the ease of submitting a claim and getting reinbursed.

This company is an absolute SCAM! Do not trust these people to provide you any kind of coverage or support even with a policy. I had an accident and illness policy and my pet fell ill. They had to stay in the hospital and eventually passed away. I spent around $14K and supposedly had a plan of 70% reimbursement up to $7K that I was paying $92 a month for. Well, they found some loophole to decline my coverage so not only am I have to go through the grieving process I also have to figure out how I am going to pay all of this back when I thought I had money coming to me from Spot. Liars!
