Submitting a claim was so easy
Submitting a claim was so easy! I also appreciated the expedient processing time and the fact that Spot worked with my vet to get my dog's medical history since I wasn't able to provide it. It made dealing with the aftermath of the accident and surgery less stressful and took one more thing off my plate.

They cover very little
They cover very little, charging over $300 a month, and with s9 many 1 star reviews how in all that is holy can they claim 4.7 stars !

The company is fast
The company is fast! As soon as I submit my bill I have my reimbursement within days. And its so easy, they have the process laid out on the app so good!
