Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service! When I called I expected the typical runaround businesses give ya, nope! Fully courteous, professional and helpful. The process was surprisingly easy and fast, even being it was the Christmas holiday period. Overall, a wonderful, surprising experience!

Spot pet insurance has been great
Spot pet insurance has been great. We placed Bella on the plan when she was a puppy and did not have to use it for 4.5 years. However when we needed the insurance Spot picked up their part of the tab. Thank you Spot.

Best pet insurance
I have had the best relationship with Spot! The CS is always willing to have patience with any questions or concerns. You can hear the smile in their voices. My coverage is parallel to none other and processes is extremely prompt. I'm a customer for life!

I’ve been with Spot for over a year
I’ve been with Spot for a year now and I absolutely love it! Claims are handled in a timely manner and everything is always taken care of with love and care! I’ve never thought of changing companies because it’s just so perfect
