I filed my first claim. The claim was easy to file. They were quick and efficient. I forgot I had a $500 deductible and 70% rate so I received $1125 back from a $2200 claim within a week.

I’m extremely disappointed with this pet insurance company. Despite paying premiums in good faith, every claim has been denied with the same blanket excuse: “pre-existing condition.” It feels like no matter what the issue is, they find a way to connect it to something vague in your pet’s past just to avoid paying. What’s the point of insurance if coverage disappears the moment you actually need it? The process is frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately pointless. I strongly regret choosing this company and would not recommend it to any pet owner who expects real coverage instead of loopholes and denials. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Just overall amazing the claim process was super easy and straightforward and I feel like if there was ever a time that I needed to reach out, they would be very responsive thankfully I haven’t had to reach out. That’s just how amazing they are.
