Claims are easy. Just take a photo of your receipt and send it in. The payment is direct deposited into my account. The only thing I don’t like is that the premiums are pricey in my opinion.

This New Years was the worst i ever had because i Had to take little Mia to the emergency and learned thAt she had Glaucoma. i was terrified. i dont know what i would have done without Spot. They addressed my concerns and were very helpful in resolving my claim.

I've filed a few different claims. It took some trial and error at first trying to see what I needed to submit with my claim. When I didn't submit everything they needed to process the claim, they told me what else I needed. Once I got the vet notes and an itemized invoice they processed and approved my claim in a few days!
