Very Pleased
We are very pleased with the service/protection Spot Pet Insurance has provided our dog. Filing a claim was easy and fast. We received emails that provided status of our claim. Keeping us informed every step of the claim process. Having this coverage gives us peace of mind and helps us enjoy our pet even more.

Pleasantly Surprised at the Turnaround of my Claims
I have carried pet insurance on several of my pets, but I never submitted a claim and was dubious about the process. This year my Chihuahua has been having some problems, and luckily, I remembered I had Spot insurance for him. I got my bills together, along with the treatments he had, fax them over to Spot, and in what I consider a very short time period, I received confirmation that I would be receiving reimbursement for a great deal of those expenses. I am very pleased and I’m considering putting my new dog on insurance as well.

I have never had an issue with…
I have never had an issue with receiving payments. They are upfront and honest. I really did not expect this type of service. Truly the best insurance I have ever purchased for my pets

I joined spot insurance over two years…
I joined spot insurance over two years ago & only had to use claim process once recently. Thr process to fille a claim qas easy & fast! I recommend spot insurance 100% you wont regret it! Prices are fair & low to have great coverage for your pet kid!

Renewal rate increased unknowingly
Renewal rate increased without notice and considering canceling as I can get pet insurance from my company.
