The claim submission procedure was quick and easy . Spot insurance kept me updated regarding my claim through email. My cat went to the vet on Wednesday 1-28 claim completed in less than a week.

Affordable pet insurance. Claims are paid quickly and I like that you get to pick the coverage and payments you want. Makes things super easy, especially having more than one dog as they don’t all have the same sailers or needs. Definitely recommend.

Spot has been amazing. Unfortunately, I have had to use it more than I prefer, but they always reimburse very quickly. With Vet care being so expensive, it has given me piece of mind to know that I can rely on my Spot insurance.

The online line claim center is very easy to go through...upload receipts, click a few buttons and you're done. Before my year was up they let me know options for the upcoming year for my pup!
