I am most disappointed with the coverage by Spot. Conditions that were reversable have been denied as pre-existing. All my claims have been denied as pre-existing for a 3 year old dog. They don't want to pay out any claims that they can deny without just cause. I've been paying for this insurance the past year and a half and it has not been worth it. I would have been better off putting the money in a savings account.

Hi Brenda, we understand the frustration when claims are denied. We do our best to be transparent regarding our Pre- existing conditions policy. Much like other providers, our plans don’t cover conditions showing signs before your coverage starts, as documented by your vet. For further assistance, please call our team at 1-800-905-1595 (M-F 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm EST).

I just signed up over a month ago and submitted my first claim for Toby's shots. Excellent seamless process from start to finish. Only problem I had was the app kept telling me I needed to add my pet but I already had. I deleted all & added one back to the app. Still had to call company again.
