When they are claims that are pricier they do not process the claims. After repeated calls and sending documents, they do not move my claim along. It gets stuck in the processing phase with no resolution. Terrible and a waste of money.

Had to file our first claim the other day on our little girl Calypso and so glad we had Spot Pet Insurance. She got bit by a rattlesnake and having the insurance definitely helped. So glad we invested in our pet’s health.
