I took my cat for his dental check and…
I took my cat for his dental check and had to get three of his teeth removed. Thankfully, I had taken the insurance for him. Post the treatment, I submitted the bills. The insurance company contacted the vets directly to collect remaining treatment details and reimbursed the amount timely.

Great claims processing
I'm going through number of tests to find out what is going on with my dog. I appreciate Spot's fast review, approval, and payment of my claims. It's great to find a pet insurance company that supports me rather than hassles me about my claims.

Thank you for making insurance for my little bean easier than I thought it would be. I just upload the receipt and I need to check to be sure I have the right one to upload. I goofed and uploaded the same receipt twice instead of the new one in October. But when I get it right you take it from there. Thank you. Getting senior brain I guess

My experience with spot insurance has…
My experience with spot insurance has been great. Our dog Brady passed away suddenly, and they processed our claim with no issues at all. It was very easy and made an awful event a little less terrible.

Yearly exam
I am grateful to have pet insurance for just in case situations. So far I’ve only used it for yearly physicals. Hopefully I will never need it for anything serious.
