So far they've been good!
So far, Spot has been good. Easy to submit a claim and usually processed within a few days. However, recently, they did bump up the monthly dues by 1/3 after the first year without notice. I didn't care for that.

Simple and Quick Filing
Filing claims is simple and quick on the app. In less than a week they get processed and the reimbursement is received within a few days from when the claim is processed.

This was my first bill I submitted to…
This was my first bill I submitted to Spot. My dog had major surgery on his head and some teeth extracted at the same time. They covered the entire procedures at 80% minus the copay. I was so glad to have this great insurance.

Paid my claim quickly with no issues
Paid my claim quickly with no issues. That was my big concern. The bait and switch. But all went as planned and expected.
