I just recently submitted a claim and it was handed quickly and efficiently. The money was in the bank when they said it would be. The claim process was easy enough to submit using the convenient phone app. Not super happy my annual payment went up but I'm happy Spot has my back!

Filing claims is easy and convenient and reimbursement is relatively swift. We are most pleased with the monthly cost for coverage in comparison to the amount we get reimbursed. The value is amazing. It has taken the stress out of decision-making when your pet is in need.

Excellent service! After and almost $3000 emergency, we received reimbursement within days. This is my first time ever using pet insurance and I am beyond thrilled with how everything was handled. We were reimbursed exactly as much as we had expected.
