Well there on top of handling claims properly my cat was sick n had to go to the emergency room a few times but in the end Spot covered my bills and got a payment back pretty quick.

I think its a very simple procedure to file a claim, once you know what you need to submit. Spot is simple, fast and reimburses without any problems. Im so glad we got it for our Frenchie!

I could not believe how easy it was to submit a claim and receive a reimbursement. A few weeks after buying insurance, my dog ended up in the pet ER. I was so relieved to have Spot Insurance!
