Spot is super easy to use. Its easy to put in a claim and to upload files. They are very quick to respond and to deposit money. The customer service is very easy to get through to a human.

I would say I could have spent less without the insurance. They covered practically nothing so when you pay the entire year up front and they hardly covered any of the visits. I would say look for a better insurance company.

It sure seems that you cover little to nothing. I thought that when we got past just the typical preventative visits (they pay like 25% or less) I'd be better compensated but that is not the case. Disappointing especially given the high rating of this insurance. They responded to this and told me to check my coverage. Sure I'll go and check every possible thing that might happen to either of my two dogs. I'll get right on that!!
