it takes sooo long to review you claim .it was about 8 days to review the vet bill .it is almost 1 month, and I still did not get the check.

My sweet 7 month old kitten got sick and my regular vet was closed, so I had to take him to the Emergency Vet. He stayed 3 nights and received fluids, medications and care. I submitted the itemized bill and had my vet submit their records and Spot Pet paid the 70% after my deductible. I was so happy, the Emergency Vet bill was over $2000! Saved my Credit Card balance for sure!!
