Claims are always easy to file online…
Claims are always easy to file online and are promptly reviewed and processed. I like Spot because it covers annual well care visits. Plus gave me several options to choose from when I enrolled and also changed my plan to a higher copay for a lower premium. Excellent pet insurance that I feel comfortable having, but hope I never have to file a claim for anything really serious because I love my Lola.

My plan includes wellness coverage. Why, then, did I get $0 for the Bordetella vaccine all dogs need in order to stay at a kennel? Nothing? Really?

Lightening fast claim processing, user friendly app, and truly pay and reimburse as clearly detailed in policy. I also love that I can customize coverage to fit our needs. Highly recommend
