Nowhere on the rv website does it say your going to charge 10% for booking online What good is having Good Sam discounts if you’re going to add it back in Will never book another reservation using this site

Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback. We do charge a small convenience fee, like many platforms that make life a little easier. This fee, often less than 10%, allows us to keep providing personal service to help our travelers boom RV spots in real time instead of spending their time searching for availability and calling campgrounds. I scheduled and paid for a stay at an RV park. The only hangup was the formatting of the interface on my phone.

I booked a site with Spot2nite and less…
I booked a site with Spot2nite and less than an hour later I receive an email stating they cancelled my site per my request. I did not request the site to be canceled, they just did it and told me I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. Now the refund is showing in my card but for an amount less than I originally paid.

Beyond Met Expectations
Upon booking, I realized I needed to add an additional day to my reservation. I called and talked to Emily, who was absolutely wonderful!! Nowadays, calling a 1-800 number for help usually results in talking with someone who isn't friendly or helpful, so I was calibrated for a hassle. Emily was the polar opposite of that! She happily noted my changes, said she would contact the property and then call me back the next day to confirm...and she did!!! Kudos to Emily. I am not 100% confident in using Spot2Nite. Thank you!

Highly Recommend!
Great, clean park. Our site was great and the whole place was easy to find and close to places we wanted to see.
