Spot2nite book my wife and I with pine lodging near Mount Rushmore. Bad news. Wildfire produce smoke. I have a hard time breathing and sleeping with wild fire smoke. Just knowing wild fire is near by is bad enough. So we canceled our stay want home.were it is safe. Pine lodging has a policy not refund our 350 dollars. Smoke or fire they wanted us to stay in harms way. I hope all you Grandma's and Grandpa's read this reviews be for booking any camping with spot2nite

I booked outdoor accommodation and I had a great experience with them.

They say you get refund if cancel before 24 hours. Yet they do not tell you only get refunded minus convenience fees and credit card processing fees. So I spent $101 and only was refunded $70! Even the rv site says better off dealing directly with them. Lesson learned don’t use this service!

Wish I could less than a 0! The woman I spoke to admitted they change their advertisements on sites! Advertised a waterfront full hookup….after calling the campground myself, I learned a site does not even exist!

I am getting emails from Spot2Nite, which I never signed up for. When I hit the UNSUBSCRIBE button, I get everything except the ability to unsubscribe. This makes me question the integrity of the entire platform.

Booked a site in Florida. Price was apx. $58.00. Spot2Nite confirmation read $58.00X1 and charged $68.00. Then charged an additional 6.00 fee for their service. I questioned the accuracy and was told the additional $10.00 were park service fees although not disclosed. I found this extremely misleading and will never use this app going forward.

Fees, Fees and more fees! watch out for booking fees, credit card fees (which are outrageous $8) and cancellation fees if your plans change. A Spot2night cancelation fee of >$30 AND the campground fees. For a $286.92 booking we had to cancel more than 30 days in advance, my fees came to $53.12!!!

When visiting the Spot2Nite booth at the 2024 Tampa RV show we decided to see if this would work for us. Agreeing to a 14 day trial. After 7 days we decided it was not for us. I tried to cancel the trial but could not find ANY option for cancelation. I opted to cancel the account. To my surprise on day 15, Spot2Nite processed the $59.99 membership. I contacted my credit card company, informed them I did recognized Spot 2Nite but that I had canceled the trial within the 14 days. They suggested I file a dispute which I did. That prompted several emails and phone conversations between me and Spot2Nite.They have agreed numerous times(with emails stating they owe me a refund and it was their software error, but they have another problem and can’t process a refund. Their accounting system can’t do a refund if there is an open dispute. Sounds like another software problem to me. Their only solution is for me to cancel the dispute and “trust them” as they try to assure me they are good for their word. Why should I start now? This has going on for several weeks and they insist I cancel my dispute. Per my credit card company, if I cancel the dispute I have no further rights to any other disputes with Spot2Nite. Spot2Nite admitted that if i cancel the dispute I can’t go back to the credit card company and again I can only trust them. My suggestion to the RVing community be aware and find other solutions.
