I ordered a product that comes in two cartons. I only received carton one of two. I’ve called them, emailed them multiple times and after several weeks later, I’m still waiting on carton two of two. I know the customer service people do what they can, but, so far nothing has been resolved. Upper management is so far up the food chain, it never gets to their desk and nothing will change! I have a Buyers Club membership, but, I’m going to cancel. I’m done ordering from this company!

This company does not stock most items. The "covid" has their phone cut off. 65 days and my order did not ship.

I was skeptical placing a backorder for ammo that it will arrive in time (they estimated to deliver it month later from order) but... later they pushed my order for two month... nothing to say..

Horrible customer service and misleading website. Do not recommend.

Ordered 223 ammo it arrived previously opened with no decicant and corroded ammo emailed sportsmansguide over 30 times to no avail ( very poor service )

Cannot ever get a hold of customer service. Either there’s a voice prompt that says they can’t take your call or you’re on perpetual hold for the rest of your life. Really, really bad service. Sent 3 emails. Finally got a single reply over a week later that suggested I keep trying to call. They also illegally charged the wrong credit card for a 4-pay order. Ran a card that they were not authorized to run. Do not do business with these crooks.

Ordered a 3-piece military surplus backpack system that was advertised on the website with photos to include the following; 1. MARPAT ILBE Pack. 2. Smaller backpack. 3. Hydration Pack. 1st delivery I received only the large ILBE Pack. Contacted Sportsmans Guide, they sent a second shipment with the same result only the large pack. Contacted them again and they stated that the other packs were not included. Checked the SG website, the advertisement for the backpack system had been removed. The next day the advertisement was back up with the pictures and descriptions of the smaller pack and hydration pack had been removed. I wrote an honest and respectful review of the issue and they rejected or "moderated" my review. Stating it was a "fulfillment" issue. Instead of addressing this in an honest manner they just decided to sweep it under the rug and delete the evidence from their web page.

Beware!!! You won’t get your order!!! I have been a loyal customer for years, it was a great place until they sold the company a couple years ago to a buyer in California.. I wouldn’t order guns or ammo now! So I placed a $200.00 order over two months ago and still haven’t received any of my in stock items?? I’ve sent two emails and haven’t received a reply. They did charge my credit card. Now I need to call my credit card company to get a refund. Cancelling my membership and never shopping here again because this place will take your money but you’ll never receive anything from them.
