Working with the agents there helped my troubled nerves as I was trying to close my father's estate and piles of debt. They helped me every step of the way. I got the paperwork they needed and they kept me updated and in the loop. It was a great experience and I would do it again.

The staff worked together with my experience, I was explained through out the process of what to expect, especially NO credit check which was no questions asked, What I did not like was not being told of the paper work that was needed,I was so excited for the approval,then all of of sudden the different paper works that was needed instead of being told at the same time, instead of one paper then another and another,,now this got me nervous, I feel all paper work should had been asked of me,Oh well that's over, and I'm so pleased with this money, yes yes yes,Thank you Danny and Dani,The Splitero Family,I am so thankful for your help for me, I'm no longer worried or stressed about my bills, thanks once again

The entire process was straightforward and transparent. Nothing hidden, no surprises.
I chose Splitero because the length of the HEA matched the end date of our mortgage. Plus, they would give us more than any of the other HEA companies.

Our Processor did most of the work. Her name was Christina Hill, and I can't say enough good things about how she handled it. She was professional and very reachable with questions. Her response time was almost immediate in some cases. I highly recommend her.
Is this the cheapest way to get your hands on some cash? No, but for us it was the best way. We had 70,000 in debt that, now retired, was going to take a long time to pay off and leave us very tight every month. The money we got allowed us to pay off every penny and have some left over, with no more monthly payments. Now we can enjoy a peaceful retirement.
One thing to take note of: They give you a "payback percentage" which at first glance seems high, but it INCLUDES the money they have given you in addition to their share of the equity.
My wife and I went over their numbers with a fine toothed comb and they were right on.
We got our funds yesterday, and what a joy it was to pay off all that debt. :)
Some of the negative reviews are because they didn't get approved. That's not Splitero's fault.
