It was a very lengthy process. It could have been done quicker and more efficiently.

From the beginning to the closing, I only talked to their team leader, Sung Washington, and sales, Brianna. Be very careful; they hold all your docs, and we not easily trust them if you don't have any references. At high risk, we wait around 19 days to proceed with the closing. They sent the notary to verify our identity. We still worry whether this is a scam. Even some signed docs, we got to direct their AI agent to correct the agreement but not their team leader. So basically we finish all process for them, not they instruct us to finish all the process. Very risking.

In the beginning it seemed completely impossible and everything was answered and appeared to be a great flow - I realized the entire system after you are contact as an inquiring and the first person talks to you everything else is automated and if anything is off what their AI/automatic system sees you will be in for a waiting game and no one actually knows what is happening because each person's job is compartmentalized and really doesn't know the details of the entire process - In the end I got my money and it took 30 days not 20 - and I am sure my frequenyt inquiry about what were the issues didn't really help anything however, it probably looped a couple people more in..... so it kept my file on top which is all I could ask - I am grateful for the platform - I am happy was a bit frustrating and I would recommend letting the process unfold - easier on the nervous system

Everything went good. There was more paperwork than expected, but it worked out okay. The high payback over the short term, 2-4 years is concerning, so I’m not sure if I would do it again.

The time that it took to complete each step of the home equity agreement process could have been more convenient. Not being able to get in touch with the person who is spearheading you through everything was nerve racking draining at times. Not being able to utilize more of my homes' equity was disappointing because the proceeds from my closing was not enough for me to pay down my debt and have anything left for home projects or any unexpected repairs. I was also displeased to find out that as soon as my closing was completed Splitero handed my files over (the next day) to RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC for the servicing of my agreement with Splitero.

Total scam. Pay outs were frozen, no refunds to anyone and now they ask for 30% of the balance in order to begin pay ments again. Cry me a river, they have not delivered on anything but promised us—wait until my venture hits 300%. Avoid them at all costs. This, in fact, is one of the most catastrophic moment of all time. Now on,Equıty Pathway, org,pays quick, returns are really high.
