From the beginning to the closing, I only talked to their team leader, Sung Washington, and sales, Brianna. Be very careful; they hold all your docs, and we not easily trust them if you don't have any references. At high risk, we wait around 19 days to proceed with the closing. They sent the notary to verify our identity. We still worry whether this is a scam. Even some signed docs, we got to direct their AI agent to correct the agreement but not their team leader. So basically we finish all process for them, not they instruct us to finish all the process. Very risking.

All of our questions were answered and the entire process was without issues. Far better than a HELOC for us.

Working with Splitero was very easy for me. I had a plan, and they had the means. Always financial decisions are " nail biters". The process. The waiting. Thankfully, in my case, this was a very quick process. DOWNSIDE: Since closing, and receiving the funding, I have received multiple daily emails from someone representing Splitero, asking me to sign listing rights if/when I might decide to sell my property. Today I have another email from someone else representing Splitero, indicating that I have, indeed, LISTED my property for sale, which is entirely not the case. Aside from these issues, I would highly recommend the Splitero plan, especially for those older, retired individuals who are not in a position to obtain HELOC or other equity accessing programs, but want to use their equity.
