Great experience! Saved my family from debt and helped pay off a number of items.

I was targeted excessively to engage in the program. I end up applying and get accepted. During the lengthy process, things get passed to an outside title agency who started playing games with every document submitted. They do not care about you and your cause. Just making money. Watch the youtube videos and look them up on reddit, X, and Facebook. Much more details there. If I can give negative stars, they would get it.

I have been made to watch their commercials constantly. It’s torture Please stop splitero with your name-recognition ad buys.

Predatory.

Please read the terms of the loan. They wanted to buy a 22% interest in our house. The offer was them paying roughly 11% and keeping the other 11% which was pure profit.

I loved the way Brenden Leary, and Eddy Murillo, handled my loan, they were very honest, they were patient with me, very helpful with everything that I needed to get done in order and in time.
