Once again I find myself waiting an excessive amount of time for a simple 200 dollar redemption. It's been a week this time. Before it was 11 days. I want to give this place chance because I think the winning is fair. Unfortunately they can't seem to fix their redemption delays. If they can't fix this then I'm done and I won't recommend this place to anyone

Ask for redemption on Mar 24. Given the 1-3 day wait. It's been 5 working days and all I'm getting are excuses about "verification" delays. Asked to talk to the finance department. Told can't do that. Asked what exact steps are needed to finish the process. No answer.

Which is a lie. I made the request on Tuesday. So 3 business days after would have been yesterday(Friday). Terrible customer service.

I believe it’s best to steer clear of casinos that make you wait this long for redemptions especially if there’s no communication/update. EDIT: Today is 03/05 and I am still waiting for the redemption I requested on 02/16. As you can see from Splash Coins reply to me, they said my redemption request “should be finalized shortly”. I believe that goes to show Splash Coins is undependable, and untrustworthy. I would and will not recommend this casino to anybody, and will inform others of this experience.

My account was verified weeks ago and they have not requested any other documents, or contacted me in any way for that matter. When I tell support I'm concerned I have been scammed and that if a resolution cannot be found I will need to call the bank for a chargeback, then they are able to respond within 60 seconds with "we have forwarded this to a specialist and they will be back with you very soon". These mysterious specialists on the other hand have had days and have not said a peep. In the time that I have been waiting for splash coins to honor my redemption I have submitted and received 4 other redemptions from 4 other sites. Two of these sites are less than 6 months old and they are able handle redemptions in a timely matter. Splashcoins was already low on my list. The game selection is pitiful, the RTP is lower than many of their peers, promo offers stink compared to the promos offered by their peers, it took over 8 days to verify my account, and now we are going on days 6 of waiting for a $150 redemption. If you want to waste your money at an unregulated shady gambling website there are much better options than splash. Go to one of the sites giving 200 for 100 starter packages and they will actually honor redemptions , unlike splash.

You never get any daily login rewards. 90% of the other platforms at least give you that. Absolutely nothing on this one. Other platforms allow you to play playson provider, this one doesn’t. The deals or so called promotions are garbage. All in all, this is a total waste of space on the web. I wouldn’t waste any money with them. Go to the better platforms that have REAL deals and give you daily login rewards. I’d give negative stars if I could.
