They seem legit but I do not recommend: - They don't offer any welcome packages to start you off - After playing for a minute, a purchase offer showed up, but once I clicked on it it went away. - I asked their customer service and they said it was a glitch on their end and i shouldn't have gotten the offer, then he stopped talking. There are a ton of better online casinos who do offer bonuses to first time customers. You should spend your money elsewhere!

I came to this casino due to its good reputation. However, I redeemed on 04/24 and I still have yet to receive anything. I’m concerned about my redemption and doubting the reputation of this establishment. I will keep updates on the situation.

I been waiting for a week for my cash out , after I contacted customer service ,they said contact them back in 3 more days, that B.S. it sounds like a scam, they take your money now, you win now, but got to wait days to cash out

Won and haven't been cashed out and I could really use the funds right now. I tried contacting customer service and no one was available

Large selection of games and if you can find the right ones, you'll win pretty decently. My first redemption took a little while because of the verification stuff, which i guess is understandable... I just dont understand why my most recent one is taking the same amount of time for my winnings to be "verified" and sent to my card..... And when I contacted C.S, they seemed like they had the "not dealin with this today" attitude and just kinda ended the chat. Then today, it tells me there's nobody available .... Here we are 3 days later and still absolutely no customer service help or response. Thats a $1000 redemption they owe me. 3rd update: a customer service person finally answered me and they just tell me that it's under review still then I'm still within my 3-day time period, which this would be day four... But said it's up to the financial department to release the funds. What is so hard about seeing that I won something from them fair and square?? I'm pretty sure I'm never going to spend with this app/site ever again. If it's this much of a hassle to get paid what's the point?

Why I can't play it won't load up or nothing

THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST CASINO I HAVE EVER PLAYED AT FOR WEEKS NOW ON AND OFF THE GAMES HAVE BEEN GLITCHING I'VE BEEN GETTING ERROR MESSAGES AFTER ERROR MESSAGES NOT ALLOWING ME TO PLAY OVER THE PAST 3 DAYS I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP THEY SEND ME EMAIL AFTER EMAIL TELLING ME TO DO ALL THESE THINGS AND NOTHING'S WORKING AND INSTEAD OF HELPING ME THEY KEEP SENDING ME THESE EMAILS IN DIFFERENT FORMATS AND DO THE SAME EXACT THING NOW FINALLY THEY ESCALATED AND I'VE GOT TO WAIT A FEW MORE BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE I EVEN HEAR AN ANSWER I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME MY MONEY THAT'S IN MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT OBVIOUSLY THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE SITE AND I DON'T WANT TO PLAY THAT JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT DOWN BUT NO BECAUSE THEY ARE SUCH A GREEDY SLIMY SHADY CASINO THEY'D RATHER HAVE YOU KEEP TRYING TO RESET YOUR ROUTER OR HARDWIRE YOUR PHONE OR CHANGE THE IP ADDRESS AND DO THIS DO THAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN INSTEAD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TRUST ME IT'S NOT WORTH A HEADACHE THERE'S MUCH BETTER PLACES OUT THERE WHERE YOU CAN HAVE A LOT MORE FUN AND YOU WIN NOT HERE!

My redemption has been pending for several weeks, and customer service has not helped me at all. I have used the chat function multiple times, only to be told they will notify the finance team. Chat agents are rude and dismissive and refuse to give a timeline. No one ever reaches back out. I emailed support, and I have received no response. Very disappointed.
