DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!
DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!! I won 400$ and they have excuse after excuse on why it’s taking so long to process the redemption!! This won’t be the only review I’m leaving, and will be reporting this site. I have been waiting since MAY 13th and it’s the 29th!! Total scammers!!!

I opened an account on May 21 and won…
I opened an account on May 21 and won some money. After trying to redeem my money, they said I had to many accounts, but I played on my phone and tablet with the same email It's been over a week and my redemption is still pending. Customer service keeps saying the same thing it will be approved soon? My point is it didn't take over 7 days to collect my money, so why is taking over 7 days to give me my winnings?

Suddenly they're not able to process…
Suddenly they're not able to process redemptions? The 3 day process time was already pushing it. Now they're saying that they can't process your redemption at all. I updated my review and I revoke my recommendation. Stear clear of this site.

Very slow redemption
As of today one star cause I still haven't received my redemption after 11 days. Every time I have contacted them I get told they are having system issues and can not put my redemption through.

Purchased Bonus after purchased bonus , spin after spin i didnt win ANYTHING . No wonder they dont have 3oaks , all of their games will suck you dry .
