Hey Ashton, First and foremost, we completely understand your frustration when the games aren't hitting the way they're supposed to sometimes. Feeling like your coin purchases ended up as an unlucky streak is never satisfying. That being said, we wish to clarify - purchasing packages is never necessary to play our 100% free games. Also, all game outcomes are determined by advanced RNG technology, which ensures that every result is completely random each time you tap "spin", regardless of when you purchased or what bonus applied. Thousands of players spin and win at Splash Coins every day, and we hope your luck will turn around soon as well 🤞 All the best, The Splash Coins Team

First redemption request declined less than 12 hours
They took less than 12 hours to decline my redemption but are taking forever to approve my redemption. This is crazy. How are they quick to refuse paying and delayed when paying out? I haven't had a clear answer yet.

No redemption allowed just a refund of purchase
UPDATED On June 1, I made a deposit $4.99 to gain $15. I played on the platform for about an hour and a half and then try to redeem my $56.24 winnings and was told I was restricted because of my location I contacted the live chat and was told that they could refund my $4.99 to me not $56.24. This is ridiculous. The platform should’ve never accepted my money and allowed me to play just to restrict me and tell me will give you your $4.99 back. UPDATED After seeing the response , I’m even more frustrated. Nothing on complaint was addressed or changed. I am still unable to play and redeem. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADDRESS MY LOCATION RESTRICTION. Upon sign up I uploaded my drivers license, deposited, and played for 1 hour straight. When I attempted redemption. Everything locked on me. I can’t redeem anything. Customer service advised me that they could only refund my deposit and not any of the winnings.

Put in 200 and won 311
Put in 200 and won 311. Been waiting over 2 weeks for redemption and their customer service just says "We are not available at this time". Contacted them once and they said nothing is wrong and itll come at some point. Still every dollar is in the account still and no one will answer anymore. Don't trust them at all
Response from Splash CoinsJun 2, 2026

Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. They are impossible to get a hold of and when it comes to your money they don't know anything about it. I find it very frustrating to get a hold of anybody because they're always offline and nobody's ever around to answer your messages. I am trying to redeem my winnings and it's been over a week and now that they processed my winnings my bank account numbers seem wrong on the receipt they sent me so I'm trying to fix that and now nobody is around to talk to. Very frustrating being that I have a time limit before I go back to work?
Response from Splash CoinsJun 4, 2026
Hey James, We understand the time pressure you're under and the frustration with reaching support when you need help. Let us reassure you that your redemption request was successfully approved, and your prize was promptly sent, just like you deserve. Enjoy your reward and feel free to update here that it was all resolved 🎁 Our Player Support is available nearly 24/7, and just like every popular platform there could be busier moments where many players reach out simultaneously, and it takes us a bit longer to respond. Thank you for your much appreciated patience. All the best, The Splash Coins Team

Good luck with redemption if you win
If you like waiting around for your payout and getting the run around play here. I redeemed on 5/21 and still waiting around to see my money while others on here redeemed one day and got paid the next day from what I saw on a previous review here and another redeemed 5/23 and also updated his review to say he got paid, but nothing for me and I keep getting told system is broke but yet others redeeming after me already have their redemptions so I'm confused.
Response from Splash CoinsMay 31, 2026
Hiya Cindy, Thank you for sharing your experience. While our team was working to restore normal processing times, we recognize that from your perspective, little updates and the waiting can be frustrating and raise valid questions. We're pleased to see that your redemption has been approved recently. Although the timeline was not what either of us would have preferred, we appreciate the patience you've shown throughout it. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we can do better, and we assure you that we'll only improve from here on out! The Splash Coins Team
