I was having a lot of trouble redeeming…
I was having a lot of trouble redeeming my sweepscoins but Moritz from customer service had everything resolved in minutes. I will update my review to 5 stars as soon as I receive my redemptions...yes, I said redemptions, with an "s"! I've already won twice. If I actually get the money, it'll definitely be worth depositing here! I'll also upload the videos of my wins to my YouTube channel and Facebook, so everyone can check it out!

I was finally able to get my account…oay
I was finally able to get my account kyc verified, took a little back and forth but when I submitted the documents that were acceptable they were approved that day. Their support states that 3 to 5 business days is the allotted time for redemptions to be processed, that said,I requested a redemption on 4/9 as of toda 4/14, I still haven't heard back for approval of the request, so Im hoping approval is granted soon , and they can begin the transfer to my bank following approval.

Customer service was FANTASTIC
Customer service was FANTASTIC. I literally am absolutely ASTOUNDED by how fast and efficient the process was when asking about redemption. Took less than two minutes from starting conversation to funds received. Game selection on the platform is somewhat small, but not overly limited.

I was told redemptions take 24-48…
I was told redemptions take 24-48 hours. Mine has been sitting since 11/30, and when I click the "live chat" option nothing happens now after I made an inquiry. I'll update this review once I receive my redemptions, but for now I'm waiting for them to process before I continue to play here and before I can recommend this site. Edit: 12/7 - I have updated the review to 4/5 stars as promised as it appears my two pending redemptions have been processed.
