It takes more time for your second redemption. There’s no reason after verified that you should have to wait longer . On top of that while you’re waiting you can’t redeem so if you win a bunch of money you have to wait till your redemption clears. And that takes days or weeks. So most likely you’ll play out your winnings. IVE never seen this from any casinos . And thats how they get you . Even the 1 star sc casinos don’t do that. Can’t speak to anyone there chat site is always down . Try else where you’ll be upset if you don’t

So first time playing with them and I go to redeem my winnings and have the hardest time with verification because they kept denying documents I provided because of them being screenshots and they wanted physical papers copies of the documents, once I got that handled, I go to click to redeem and it just so happens to kick me off the site completely and when I tried logging back in several times it would try to tell me I needed to verify my email address (which I’ve already done) and wouldn’t let me log in, then other times when I tried it would try to tell me it wasn’t allowed in my state to access website which is a lie… so finally later on I manage to go through an email to be able to log in and finally redeem. I thought you were supposed to have the option to redeem via debit card but it only gave me options between bank account and Skrill. So I put in my request to redeem to Skrill account and now it’s been many days later and my redemption is still pending review and I can’t get any answers from support as to why this is taking so long or what’s going on. WILL UPDATE IF I EVER GET MY WINNINGS OR NOT but as for now it’s not looking very likely unfortunately. BEWARE PLAYING ON THIS SITE. SUPER SKETCHY AND NOT SO SURE THEY WILL EVEN PAY. Seems to me they will try to come up with excuse that they can’t pay me if I ever do hear back from them.

I am participating in the AMOE program, sending handwritten letters to receive the corresponding virtual coins. I contacted support to check the status of my letters, and they informed me that they could not credit the coins to my account because they now require a full-body photo of me holding my ID document. I consider this requirement excessive and invasive, especially since I had already submitted a selfie and all the necessary documentation to verify my identity before being allowed to use the platform. If my identity has already been verified through their own established procedures, I do not understand why they now need a full-body photo with my ID. Furthermore, upon reviewing the terms and conditions regarding verification, I found no clear mention of this specific requirement. If they intend to demand additional documentation or photographs to credit coins earned through AMOE, they should clearly state this in their terms and conditions from the outset. I find it unfair to complete the letter-sending process only to have my rewards withheld due to an additional requirement that was not clearly communicated. There should be transparency from the start, not just when it comes time to credit the rewards. I am very disappointed with how this process is being handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Let me preface this, I am an experienced player, VIP on other sites, and I’ve NEVER encountered this type of issue and I’ve also never left a negative review… until now. This is an updated review from a situation that began on 9/2/26. I once gave this site 5 stars but after my recent (and still ongoing) experience, I'd be remiss if I didn't share it with other players or potential players. For what it's worth, I'm at a VIP status on this site. I am currently at my wits end with this site and VIP Support over a "transaction gone wrong" on 9/2/26. I went to make a purchase for $749.99 and during the payment process I got a pop-up notification stating they were encountering an issue processing credit card payments. I didn't think much of it and tried the purchase again. On the second attempt, it said my payment was Declined. That was alarming because I had appropriate funds for this purchase. I immediately logged into my bank account and saw there was a $749.99 Pending charge from Splash Coins for the first attempt, yikes! That explains why the second try Declined; the funds were already “gone”. Now my bank's Available Balance is less $749.99 AND my Splash Coins’ SC balance doesn’t reflect the “purchase”! I quickly reached out to VIP Support. Support essentially told me this was a problem with my bank and the transaction shows Declined on their end. WHAT?! It can show Declined all day long in their system, my bank shows a Pending charge. To cover all my bases while believing this could be resolved quickly, I called my bank that night. After 15 minutes of speaking to a Banker, there is nothing that can be done with a Pending charge and this is a Merchant issue. Furthermore, he stated the $749.99 would be Pending until 9/8/26 – that is six days. Let me be clear, I believe their system does show this as Declined but that doesn’t change the fact that my bank shows it as Pending. Furthermore, they continue to defer to the word Declined as if it explains anything. It doesn’t explain WHAT HAPPENED. How did my bank go from having $749.99 available to having $749.99 unavailable as a Pending charge? I’ve gone back and forth with Support; taken much time and care in explaining things in great detail. I explained explicitly what I want from them – all conveniently unaddressed in their replies. I’ve requested to speak with a Manager / Supervisor twice and haven’t heard from one yet. I can’t get a single person to explain what technically occurred with their system in this payment process. This is about PRINCIPLE, this is about them ignoring the issues and questions I’ve emailed them about. I expected a higher level of service and care. And adding insult to injury, they haven’t offered a single goodwill gesture for this major inconvenience. $749.99 is a lot of money - apparently the loyalty only works one way here.

Horrible experience, shitty all around platform. Sat there with $30 on .20 spins with all 3 pots completely full on the zues game, and NOTHING. Not a single dollar, waste of time and money, thank you but I'll splash my coins elsewhere 💪
