Withdrawal timing is AWFUL
I just signed up for spash coins social casino last week. Won some money the first day I played. Their site clearly states 1-3 business days and I'm STILL waiting. Can't get a straight answer from anyone as to where my withdrawal is, and I have another withdrawal to make but you can't do two at a time, so I have to wait to get the inital one before even requesting the new one. After I get my winnings I will definitely be deleting Splash Coins, which sucks because I really like the games a lot.

Avoid this scam, they won't approve redemption
I thought this was a trustworthy site to spend money with and play on but it's appearing that I was very wrong. I am now almost positive it's another scam site. It's now day 3 and their so called customer service still can't give me anything but the same generic answer on where my redemption is. I have never had any other casino take this long to approve a redemption and I have played and redeemed on a lot. If something doesn't change very soon I'll be filling a dispute with my bank. I've had enough. I would give it 0 stars if I could. AVOID!!!

at first thought the game was great I…
at first thought the game was great I have been playing online sweepstakes for awhile and cashed out money on a lot of them . I got to over two hundred dollars in my account , I then went to withdraw the 100$ minimum , 2 days later they tell me they can't process my withdraw and I tired to play the money and on EVERY single game each by different providers made me zero $ . This website is a joke and a scam , recommend jumbo88 or crown coins anyone serious about making money.

Hey Jarret, We completely understand the disappointment when a redemption request doesn't go through as anticipated. We've investigated your situation, and it looks like your redemption request did not meet our Terms & Conditions, and therefore not approved. These are standard security measures across social casinos, and are designed to protect players and maintain platform integrity and security. You're more than welcome to try redeeming again while ensuring the new request fulfills all requirements. Once that's done, we'd be happy to approve your redemption and award your prize. If you'd like to discuss your account status or have questions about redemption, our Player Support team is available at [email protected]. All the best, The Splash Coins Team

Scam?
I have had this account several months but recently started playing. I won enough to redeem but we are going on days on several days with no response. When I contact costumer service thru the live chat it says their unavailable. I would recommend many of the other online casinos... Don't waste your money here update.. after posting a review on trust pilot I received my redemption in less than 30 minutes. Thanks trust pilot... Maybe splash coins is not so bad

Great slots just the redemption…
Great slots just the redemption process. The first one went smooth but the second one they will make you wait for ages and when you reach out to support they are blunt after this redemption I will not play here anymore I’ll stick to the sites that really stick to they’re word and actually go by the book. Another thing is once you’re on a slight winning streak it boots you off and take it right back so stay away and stick to the real online casinos.

This company is awful
This company is awful. I went through hell just to get my account verified. I won $1216 and went to cash out. It took them two days just to tell me that my redemption was not approved because I apparently didn’t wait long enough to redeem anything. My account was open two or three days ago. I won money and now they won’t pay me out because my account hasn’t been sitting there open for a week. If you ask me, they are trying not to pay me my money that I legitimately won! I have never been denied winnings on any other social gaming site or been denied quick payout. If you ask me, I feel like I’m being scammed and I intend on contacting my lawyer immediately and have this company investigated if I am not paid my money that I won. Oh, and they have the nerve to only allow me to cash out $100 even though I spent way more than that.

Hey Kharya, We appreciate the time you took to write this review, and take your feedback into heart. Let us reassure you - any SC amount you win is redeemable as long as it follows our Terms & Conditions, which are designed to maintain gameplay integrity and are standard across US social casinos. Many Splash Coins players are successfully redeeming big rewards on a daily basis, and as a lucky winner, you deserve just that. Once your coins become eligible for redemption by fulfilling our Terms & Conditions, your request will be swiftly approved and your prize will be awarded. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our Player Support Team has reached out to you to look further into your situation and see if there's anything we can do to improve upon your experience 🙌 All the best, The Splash Coins Team
