Splash CoinsReviews of splashcoins.com

Amazing customer service. Each time I contacted customer service they were very helpful, explained everything easy enough that I could understand. They made me feel like I was their only customer and their most important customer. I won the first day I played and verification was simple and fast. I immediately referred Splash Coins to my daughter and since then I recommend Splash to anyone who enjoys playing slots.

This is my new favorite sweeps casino!!!! First I had to update my address before I could get verified to make a redemption. I didn't know I could live chat through the AI assistant so I sent a message through the make a ticket thing so I wasn't expecting to hear anything from them before Monday because it was late Thurs. night. I got a email within 2 hrs 2 or 3 am on Fri. 1st WOW!! I just had to send a bank statement with my new address, I didn't know att they don't except Chime C.A ex. as real banks for POA so I had to send another one. That is the absolute only reason it took a day and half 😄😄 to update my address get my account verified aaaaaaand my redemption APPROVED!!!!!! I can't believe it didn't take a week or 2 like 97% of the other places. I said all of that to say this they are awesome!!!! No matter what time or day 24/7 even on weekends!!!! Customer Service is A1 2 different Agents was helping me Vincent and Roy. Vincent had to deal with me through the redemption process because I had to change from one to the other n all. Go give them a try u won't regret it I promise!!!😁🩷🤑 They don't have a lot of games n all but idrc about all that.... It's just a lil simple sweeps casino but with the quality and speed they are the biggest casino. I Love this place 💯💯💯🩷🩷🩷😁😁 sorry this was sooo long 🤣

I like this new platform. But I’m giving them a 3 stars for now until I receive my redemption. I redeemed on yesterday and everything is verified. I won $250 $150 to my Skrill and $100 to my bank account. When I checked earlier they both said approved. But went back and checked later, now only one of them says approved. So don’t know it said intantly to Skrill once approved. But that’s not the case. So once I receive my redemption I’ll update. This is an update on splash casino. I’m coming back with 5stars. I received one of my redemption this morning, so I’m sure I’ll get the other one on Monday. Thanks to Vincent and Bobby, they were awesome in customer service.very patient and understanding. So I recommend this site oh yea and the games are amazing too.

Experience next level customer service and gaming at Splash!! Dont settle for average, get pumped everytime you play. I play here more than any other platform! As an account holder at over a dozen other platforms, I play at splash because of the customer service and excitement from all the winning I have personally been fortunate to be a part of. The one on one, player customer service is here is outstanding. Redemption turnaround is fast and worry free. I have left the other average platforms because they dont do exceptional like splash does it. Come see for yourself you want be disappointed. See you there.

The site is great. Rtp seems to be fair and the customer support makes it the best by always having quick responses and i definitely would recommend anyone giving them a go. Keep up the good work!

I love this casino it’s another best one on my list, everything is smooth and support is very supportive.
