Roy totally looked out for me, as I was getting a continuous error message every time I attempted to verify my account (which, in retrospect was probably entirely my fault bc I was trying to use my cashapp account & didn't realize Splash Coins doesn't accept prepaid accounts). Regardless, at the time, I didn't know this. I had contacted customer support earlier in the day and was just advised to clear my browsing data, try a different device, try different browser, etc. So after doing all those things, and still having no luck, this evening right when I was about to give up and move on, I decided to give it one last shot with customer support. And I'm glad I did! I was connected with Roy and he was extremely kind and patient with me and did everything he could to make sure that my account was verified before our chat was over! He pushed it through quickly and totally turned my frustrating experience into a joyous one! If it wasn't for roy, I would have given up and moved on to another site. What a great experience I just had.
